Last updated: December 2, 2025
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using reBacklog ("Service"), operated by reBacklog ("we," "us," or "our") at https://rebacklog.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, whether as a free user or paid subscriber.
2. Description of Service
reBacklog is an AI-powered software tool that analyzes websites and generates user stories, product backlogs, and strategic recommendations. The Service uses artificial intelligence technologies, including but not limited to Google Gemini, to process publicly available information and generate insights.
The Service may integrate with third-party platforms including but not limited to:
- Google Search Console (for SEO analytics)
- Trello (for backlog export)
- Linear (for backlog export)
- Feishu (for backlog export)
Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms of service of each platform.
3. Subscription Plans and "Unlimited" Usage
3.1 Plan Types
We offer the following subscription tiers:
- Free Plan: Limited features with usage caps
- Pro Plan: Enhanced features with expanded usage
- Team Plan: Custom enterprise solutions
3.2 Definition of "Unlimited"
IMPORTANT: Where we use the term "unlimited" in our marketing materials, pricing pages, or service descriptions, this term is used for marketing purposes and is subject to our Fair Usage Policy. "Unlimited" means:
- No pre-set hard caps on standard usage patterns typical of individual professional or small team use
- Subject to Fair Usage: Usage must not exceed what would be considered reasonable for normal business operations (typically up to 1,000 analyses or 5,000 story generations per month for Pro users)
- Anti-abuse protections: We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that engage in automated bulk processing, API abuse, reselling of outputs, or usage patterns that negatively impact service availability for other users
If your usage consistently exceeds fair usage thresholds, we may contact you to discuss upgrading to an enterprise plan or adjusting your usage patterns.
